Yoo Ah In’s agency released statement today, December 15, that Yoo Ah In received offer to star in upcoming SBS prime time drama tentatively titled ‘Fashion King‘.

Yoo Ah In and his team think it positively and in the stage of discussing it , so there’s still no confirmation yet.

If Yoo Ah In agrees to join, it will be  a grande and super anticipated return to the TV screen after his Sungkyunkwan Scandal (2010) which brought him to stardom and after his remarkably successful movie Wandeugi (2011) which was a smash box-office success with more than 5 million people watched it in cinema.

Fashion King , drama about fashion industry , is planned  for SBS’ Monday-Tuesday drama started in March 2012, replacing The History of Salaryman.

Shin Se Kyung (Deep Rooted Tree) got offer for the  leading lady role. Same with Yoo Ah In, she looks positive but there’s no confirmation yet.
Meanwhile, Yoo Ah In’s role is described as a man who started with nothing, sold clothing in Dongdaemun market then becomes successful person in fashion industry.
