Uhm Ji Won joins next year drama (tentatively titled) Heaven alongside Park Shin Yang and Kim Ah Jong.

She will be the second female lead, her role is a prosecutor in the violent crime department. She’ll be a smart and good looking prosecutor. But she’s tougher and harder than her male colleagues prosecutors. She dreams to be a first female top general prosecutor.

Then she meet Park Shin Yang , the Korean famous forensic doctor , her ex-lover in the past. The memory of the past romance hit her and she starts to make tension with Kim Ah Jong (another forensic doctor) and the three builds a love triangle.

Heavens’s production staff said that 32 years old Uhm Ji Won is one of the best actress who can portray a role which is chic, naughty and has a desirably to win character. The team expecting much from her whom already showed various character in comedy, melodrama and  thriller genre.

Uhm Ji Won  starred in 11 movies in the last 5 years, and only appeared in 2 dramas during that time which were a cameo in On Air and lead role in The Woman Who Still Wants to Marry.

Heaven starts filming November to be aired early next year.
