Last month, Won Bin is rumored to follow the step of his Taegukgi’s co-star , Jang Dong Gun, to make a grande comeback to TV screen, to star in new drama from writer Noh Hee Kyung and director Kim Kyu Tae.
But, it seems that it wouldn’t happen anytime soon, means we have to wait a little longer.
But, in return we probably will get a dream couple with Jo In Sung and Song Hye Kyo.
Both stars are getting the offer to play and still considering it. No confirmation news so far.
And now the drama producer makes us easier as they tentatively titled the drama ‘That Winter, The Wind Blows’.
Turns out the this drama is a remake of 2002 Japanese drama ‘Ai Nante Irane Yo, Natsu (Love isn’t Necessary, Summer).
That Winter, The Wind Blows would be the second remake of that Japanese drama as a 2006 Korean movie titled Love Me Not (starring Moon Geun Young and Kim Joo Hyuk) also based its story from it.
The main story of the original Japanese drama is about a blind girl who just receives a huge inheritance from her dead father. She meets a man with huge debt who takes advantage of her situation (rich and blind) and pretends to be her missing brother .
This fake brother plans to kill the blind girl and run away with all her money but in the way of it, he starts to fall for her.
We predict that 31-year-old Jo In Sung will take the role because after finished his army service on May 2011, he only appeared in commercials and guest starred several TV variety shows.
And Song Hye Kyo ?
She has worked together with writer-director duo Noh Hee Kyung and Kim Kyu Tae in Worlds Within in 2008. But the drama story and the character must be challenging enough to make this 31-year-old beautiful megastar return to TV drama again.
That Winter, The Wind Blows is scheduled to air next year.
