Singer Rain has denied rumors that he is dating star actress Jeon Ji-hyun. “Although he knows Jeon from TV production meetings, the stories about a romantic relationship are groundless,” the K-pop superstar’s agency J.Tune Entertainment said.

“Regarding reports that Rain has been frequenting I’PARK in Samseong-dong, [where Jeon lives,] he was just visiting an acquaintance who lives there as well.”

The agency called it “regrettable” that Rain’s privacy is not being treated with more respect and threatened legal proceedings.

Paparazzi caught Rain entering the skyscraper where Jeon is one of many residents, and a magazine reported Thursday that the two have been in a romantic relationship for a year.
