Upcoming MBC drama King 2 Hearts released its first still on their website.
The still featured the leading couple Ha Ji Won and Lee Seung Gi in an army style uniform.

King 2 Hearts centers its story when South Korea is fantasized  as a constitutional monarchy country ( the example of constitutional monarchy countries in the real world are United Kingdom, Spain, Netherlands, Australia  and many more).

So, South Korea has a king and prince .

Lee Seung Gi plays genius South Korean prince Lee Jae Ha.

Such a unique character, Lee Jae Ha sometimes acts lazy in order to avoid to be mentioned as a future king. He says that his IQ is 187 and although he has a background of a royal family he has nothing in political ambition. He looks perfect but he is real snob and secular person.

On the contrary, Ha Ji Won’s character, Kim Hang Ah is the best North Korean military agent. But, despots all her accomplishment , she just wishes to be a woman of one man and she joins a world officer training as her final hope.

Although she works very hard, she is ordered to guide a lazy and so not serious South Korean prince.

Such a cinderella story, the female bodyguard marries the real prince.
There’s nothing substantially new in this drama, it’s just the same old recipe with different flavors. But if the chemistry between Lee Seung Gi and the older woman Ha Ji Won is working, then it would be exciting drama.

King 2 Hearts also cast Yoon Jae Moon (Deep Rooted Tree) and Lee Yoon Ji (Dream High) as supporting cast. The  script reading session for this drama was already held couple days ago and see the photos from that session below.
