Ki Tae Young joins teen idol’s drama To The Beautiful You.
The 33-year-old actor and the husband of actress Eugene will play Jang Min Woo, he’s a mysterious doctor who responsible for medical room of all-boys physical education high school.
For refresher, To The Beautiful You is Korean remake of Japanese Hanazakari no Kimitachi. The drama tells story of Jae Hee, a girl disguises as a boy to enter an all-boys high school in order to help Tae Joon – a gold medal winning pole jumper- to revive his career.
As the school’s doctor, Jang Min Woo is the first person to find that Jae Hee is a girl. But he doesn’t reveal that secret, instead he takes care both Jae Hee and Tae Joon just like their guardian angel and gives help whenever they need it.
To the Beautiful You’s lead by Shinee Minho and f(x) Sulli, to air next August on SBS.
The handsome men Lee Sang Yeob joins upcoming KBS2 drama Nice Guy as the supporting cast.
Nice Guy tells story of a man (Song Joong Ki) who was betrayed by his lover (park Si Yeon) . He then seek for a revenge using another woman who lost her memory (Moon Chae Won).
Lee Sang Yeob will play Park Joon Ha, a lawyer , kindhearted man, caring and friendly. To sum it up : a good guy. He loves Moon Chae Won and acts a s her guardian angel.
Lee Sang Yeob played several supporting cast after finished military duty in early 2011, He joined the cast of Midas , Miss Ripley, Can’t Lose , I Live in Chungdamdong and movie Penny Pinchers.
The 29-year-old Lee Sang Yeob has the physical requirements to make it in Korean showbiz – he’s tall and handsome. He just needs to improve his acting and charisma and waiting for the chance to grab the leading man role.
Nice Guy airs next September.
