Last week Kang Ji Hwan wrapped his musical theater Cafe In , held in Tokyo Globe Theater, Japan.
Musical Cafe In, a 23 shows with Broadway style musical already run since October 16 and the finale show held on November 7.
In the musical which produced and performed by himself, Kang Ji Hwan played double character, a mellow and a comic and he’s the first Korean ever played at Tokyo Globe Theater.
When asked about the reason why he produced a musical, Ji Hwan said that he wanted to return the kindness he received from his fans in a different way rather than only a common fan meeting.
He added that in the 100 minutes show, he breathed with his fans and enjoyed it very much.
He really thanks to his fans and missed them so much.
After finished the musical and before back to Korea Kang Ji Hwan attended the promotional event for his 2009 hit movie ‘7 Grade Civil Servant‘ aka ‘My Girlfriend is an Agent‘ (played with Kim Ha Neul) which has a sold out premiere seats.
Although his musical already ended in Japan, but his Japanese fans shouldn’t be worry as his latest drama Coffee House will air in Fuji TV next year
And for outside-Japan’s fans, also don’t worry, Kang Ji Hwan next project is big budget saeguk drama Faith which scheduled to air next year. Yay !
