Kang Byul pulled audience’s attention through sorrowful action at beach on MBC drama “Kim Soo Ro” episode 13th on July 11th. Her enthusiastic performance made audience’s heart moved heavily.
Kang Bul acts as Ahyo, princess of Saro nation and Kim Soo Ro (played by Ji Sung) first love, showed steady ability of performance even though she is just new rookie in drama industries. She attracts audience by powerful action in spite of her cute appearance.
In the drama, Ahyo entered Gooya nation to steal iron technology, then she fell in love with Soo Ro. Soon, she will establish love triangle among Ijinashi (acted by Go Joo Won) through her fearless and tough appeal.
Ahyo showed her unique appeal through excellent tearful performance at last aired episode. In that episode, she rushed to beach where Soo Ro had been sold as slave under Talhae’s (acted by Lee Pil Mo) wicked plot.
There, her dialogue “My heart is still beating, though, I am already perished” expressed her love and longing to Soo Ro with excellent acting.
Korean audience were also touched by Ahyo’s deep sorrow. The 13th episode was the highest rating to date for Kim Soo Ro. After that episode aired, there were many comments in internet bulletin board “ My tear flooded off as well when teardrops fell down from Ahyo’s big eye” , “ I will re-appraise actress Kang Bul from today” , “ I will pray that cute Kang Bul and Soo Ro goes well”.
Hopefully, Kim Soo Ro rating can go high when the love triangle among Ahyo, Kim Soo Ro and Heo Hwang Ok heats up.

I did watch it but I was feeling more for Kim Soo Ro then the princess because he was betrayed by the man he thought was a friends, plus I enjoyed Kim’s moment with his mom/half brother. I don’t see a triangle per se since the Princess seems the type from what I’ve seen of choosing country over love, but I’ll watch again, the scene that impressed me was when she was threatening Kim’s soon to be ex-friend for some reason I saw chemistry there. JMO
