Joo Jin Mo will try a saeguk drama for the first time since he played TV series in 1999. The 38-year-old actor join the cast of upcoming MBC Monday-Tuesday drama The Horse Healer.
Joo Jin Mo will play Guru Saam, one of the three medical geniuses with Huh Joon and Lee Jae Ma. Saan establishes Saam’s acupuncture method and he’s also a man with unique way of talking and behavior.
He has a deep knowledge about medical science and interested in man’s organ and autopsy. he’s arrogant but he accepted and taught Baek Kwang Hee as his last student.
Baek Kwang Hee is the drama’s main character , played by Jo Seung Woo, who will become royal king’s doctor.
The Horse Healer will air next October with heavyweight stars Jo Seung Woo, Lee Yo Won, Son Chang Min and also features pretty young ladies Kim So Eun and Jo Boa.
