Gong Yoo and Lee Min Jung – both are co-models for a Korean fashion brand (Mind Bridge) – soon will elevated their chemistry for a drama serial.
It’s reported couple weeks ago that Gong Yoo and Lee Min Jung received offer to play new drama titled Big, created by Hong Sisters who made My Girl, You’re Beautiful and Best Love.
And last week they both confirmed to take Big’s leading roles.
Gong Yoo plays Seo Yoon Jae , a 30-year-old professional who his body is suddenly occupied by the soul and mind of a 18-year-old school boy named Kang Kyung Joon.
Lee Min Jung plays Gil Da Ran, Seo Yoon Jae’s fiancee who faces absurd situation as her soon-to-be husband becomes a 18-year-old teenager.
Big also features up and coming ‘it’ girl miss A’s Suzy . She will play a girl who is the love interest of the 18-year-old Kang Kyung Joon.
Big definitely will be one of much anticipated dramas next May-June 2012.
Hong Sister’s name itself already a magnet and its three leading cast are A-list celebrities.
Gong Yoo’s return to TV after sensational hit of 2007 Coffee Prince is widely expected.
30-year-old Lee Min Jung made a name for herself after Smile You, Midas and movie Wonderful Radio. In the last couple of days she also made headlines as she is rumored dating Korean megastar, 41-year-old Lee Byung Hun ! Wow!
And miss A’ s Suzy also received attention as she’s blossoming into serious actress after last year TV drama Dream High and this year hit movie Introduction to Architecture.
