Dong Yi,  60 episodes saeguk drama which aired since March 22 finally ended  a week ago.
Started with healthy 11 % rating, Dong Yi soared as high as  33% in its middle journey and after that failed to compete with SBS’s Giant and recorded around 20% rating until its finale.

Started its production almost a year ago, it’s must be hard for the production team and the casts to adjust their life after Dong Yi.

That’s maybe one of the reason the production team held a party after the drama ended to mark the end of their almost a year work.
The party held October 13 at Seoul Mapo Garden Hotel and attended by all Dong Yi’s production team and cast.

Dong Yi’s star Han Hyo Joo says that she’s happy for a lot of love given to her during the drama.

Ji Jin Hee says ‘I will take some rest for a while, I will spend time doing my hobby which is making porcelain. For the first of all, I will do travel with my family’

As for the villain, Lee So Yeon, she says that she sad to leave the drama at episode 54 as her role, Queen Hee Bin received death penalty for her evil. She wishes she could together with other cast until the last episode. She’s quite envy to see the lovely scene between King Sukjong (plays by Ji Jin Hee) and Queen (plays by Han Hyo Joo) in the final episode.

For Dong Yi’s guardian, Bae Soo Bin , he went to Japan after party, held his first ever Japan fan meeting on October 17. He’s popular there since Brilliant Legacy and Dong Yi were aired in KNTV Japan.

Dong Yi’s successor, Queen of Reversal, backed by Kim Nam Joo, Jung Joon Ho, Park Shi Hoo and Chae Jung Ahn  debut last Monday but failed scored double digit rating, only gained 9.6% and even declined on Tuesday with 8.4% rating (based on TNmS).
