Jang Hyuk was hurry to catch a flight to Beijing from Kimpo Airport today, May 18.
He got an honor as Korean representative to take seat at Hugo Boss fashion show titled Boss Black Fall/Winter 2012 catwalk show from May 18 in Beijing.

This Hugo Boss catwalk show is so special because it becomes the first ever live stream 3D runway show. The live stream is at Hugo Boss website , includes model and designer interviews and backstage impressions.

Back to Jang Hyuk, the 35-year-old actor was stylish as usual, carrying a black baggage which matched with his interesting black and white skull print scarf.

Upcoming tvN medical-crimes drama God Quiz comes with its third season on May 20 , still with its leading actor from the previous two series, Ryu Duk Hwan.

The cast of the Season 3 came to meet the press on a press conference event on May 15. They are Ahn Nae Sang,  Han Seo Jin, Park Joon Myung, Nah Yoon and Park Hee Bon.

Filming an historical drama isn’t easy. The stars must wear traditional outfits and sometimes they’re not getting used to it.
Just like Kim Jae Joong who’s filming his first ever historical drama, Dr Jin.
Because he play an officer of Joseon era, he must wear a topknot, and it’s bothering him as he wrote in his twitter on May 16 ‘This topknot is too tight. I feel that my forehead is gonna cave in soon’. Along with it he posted his picture when his stylist was working to place the topknot perfectly.

Lee Min Ho’s first saeguk drama Faith finally got an official debut date.
The high position officer from SBS told Newsen that Faith will air for the first time on August 13 as the primetime Monday-Tuesday drama.
It’s a perfect date, just a day after the closing ceremony of summer Olympic 2012 in London, so that the drama won’t be disturbed by the schedule of olympic games broadcast.

The fusion saeguk Faith tell story of a modern day female plastic surgeon (Kim Hee Sun) comes to Goryeo era and falls in love with a Goryeo warrior (Lee Min Ho).

Meanwhile, from the filming set, PD Kim Jong Hak sent great news ‘ The characters blend so well together it’s almost perfect. Lee Min Ho and Kim Hee Sun are a match made from heaven’. Duh !

Finally.
That’s the perfect word to respond the news that Stranger 6 will debut on South Korean tv screen May 30 and will be aired by cable TV Channel A.
The CEO Oh Min Ho from Stage Factory who produced the series released statement about that.

Stranger 6 is Korean-Chinese-Japanese collaborative drama, a big budget spy action series tells story of some special agents from those three countries try to prevent a disastrous mega quake which predicted to occur in the next three months.
Besides it, those high trained agents also fight against a mysterious person who tries to kill them and interfere their mission.
Oh Ji Ho and Kim Hyo Jin plays the agents from South Korea. Toshiaki Karasawa and Kikawada Masaya area the Japanese while Bowie Lam and Xuan Liu are the Chinese.

Stranger 6 was already in production more than 1 year ago, with initial cast Han Chae Young dropped the series and she’s replaced by Kim Hyo Jin.

Japan is the first country to air this drama through Fuji TV and pay tv channel WOWOW TV.

Mellow faced actress , Lee Yun Hee, challenges herself to play a cyber crimes police detective in upcoming drama Ghost.

It’s her first role in a crime thriller drama where she plays Yoo Kang Mi, the prettiest police officer in the history of police squad. Yoo Kang Mi is cute but makes too many mistake in her works unlike her gorgeous look. And she adores her fellow genius cyber crime police officer Woo Hyun (played by So Ji Sub).

About her new drama, Lee Yun Hee said ‘The seriousness of each case in this drama requires high concentration at each scene. I take it seriously so that I don’t miss a single moment’.

About her partner , So Ji Sub, she said ‘He has amazing concentration skill. I want to make him as my role model. During break time, he starts many conversations and treats me so well’.

When we heard that Park Min Young was considering to take the leading lady role for drama Dr Jin, we wrote a bitter note as we thought it’s a bit too much for her to play the leading lady role in 4 primetime dramas in less than 2 years (Sungkyunkwan Scandal, City Hunter, Man of Honor and Dr Jin).

But after we saw several stills of Park Min Young in Dr Jin, we think that we’re grateful she took the role. Because she was so amazingly full of charisma and looked good in those scenes. Moreover when she wore the hanbok just like the 2 newest stills out from Dr Jin.
She wore a red hanbok, looked composed and pretty. We couldn’t think any better actress to play that role except her.

And if we talk about chemistry she will perform with leading man Song Seung Hun, from below still we predict that they will be one of the hottest drama couple this year !

Upcoming SBS Monday-Tuesday drama The Chaser (previously titled Father’s War) released new still.
The still showed character Seo Ji Soo (played by actress Kim Sung Ryung) accompanied his husband Kang Dong Yoon (played by actor Kim Sang Joon) at Seoul National Cemetery.

Kang Dong Yoon is a business magnate and is running for South Korean presidential candidate.
His wife, Seo Ji Soo, is the daughter of a great financial conglomerate and former opera singer. Seo Ji Soo will play crucial role in the drama as she’s the key for the case of the drama which tells a police detective who tries to find out the truth behind the death of his daughter. And very likely his tracking will confronts that powerful president candidate.

The drama producer showed their confidence with Kim Sung Ryung who portrays the wife of a presidential candidate as they said ‘Seo Ji Soo is a prideful woman who wants to shine herself. We believe Kim Sung Ryung will portray Seo Ji Soo elegantly as a daughter of a financial conglomerate’.

45-year-old Kim Sung Ryung is a capable actress and she will kill that first lady role for sure. Her previous works were Syndrome , What’s Up, Definitely Neighbor, Ja Myung Go and many more.

The Chaser debuts May 28.

The total weight of the rice is enormous : 2,140 kgs !

When Yoo Ah In’s drama Fashion King was launched last March at Gimpo International Airport, his fans sent those rice as his present – as you know it becomes a tradition that fans gives rice present during a drama launching, to show support for their favorite star.

And now, Yoo Ah In decided to send it to a charitable noodle shop in Hwnagsu-dong, Incheon.
The restaurant is well known for its good work of feeding more than 200 people a day without charge. The customers are homeless people or elderly living on their own.

The owner of the restaurant went to his twitter account to say ‘Now my customer can eat to their hearts’ content’.

And those rice should feed those unfortunate people for at least two months !

Wonderful job for Yoo Ah In and that restaurant !
