50-year-old actor Choi Min Soo shows total dedication for his job as he amazingly shed 5 kgs only in 5 days.
He’s currently filming jTBC drama ‘Happy Ending‘ , he plays Kim Doo Soo who’s sentenced to death because of his illness and only has limited time. Early in the drama when he just found his illness, Kim Doo Soo looked healthy, but as his ill worsened, he became frail. To make his illness believable, he needed to look thinner and he made it.
Behind the scene, on the shooting set, Choi Min Soo also absorbs his character deeply. In the early filming, when his character was still healthy, Choi Min Soo also looked happy in the shooting set. He often made jokes and laughed with his co-stars. But when his character developed into serious disease, Choi Min Soo also changed. He’s more quiet and not talking that much.
