Choi Chulho, who caused scandal on violence to a female, is found out that he used to be arrested 10 years ago on same kind of violence.

According to the police, on April 29th, 1999,  he punched and kicked a man, whose name was Mr .Sin. at some night club. At that time, he drank two bottle of whiskey with some acquaintances including above Mr. Sin. Then, he punched and kicked Mr. Sin by the reason of” Why you break your words that you will take care expenses of tonight enjoyment”

Now, ten years later, he was involved with a case again. On July 8th 2010, he had lunch at some Japanese restaurant with his junior man and a female. Then, all of them were investigated by police. When above case was revealed to public, he denied everything and he insisted he was just a victim.

On SBS “8 O’clock news” July 9th, SBS broadcast some scene in CCTV, there he kicked some female’s butt who was sitting in street. Then, he accepted suspicion and wanted to brighten the situation through news conference on July11th.

His management company “Office Zero” continuously apologize to public.
