Choi Chul Ho withdraw from “Dong Yi”

As reported before, Choi Chul Ho finally made his press conference yesterday afternoon. He admitted and apologized for his lying and his violent act towards a woman.
He showed deeply remorse and said :
“I was worried about losing my popularity after gaining it just last year. This thought (lie) just flashed across my mind when it happened (violence). I’m sorry especially to my family, fans and everyone and I offer my sincere apologies.”
Previously he sent an apology message at “Dong Yi” website :
“I am deeply sorry for the fans who have showed their love and support towards the drama, Dong Yi. As a well-known celebrity, I made a huge mistake.
It’s my fault that I have denied doing these actions earlier, and because of that, I am extremely sorry for those fans who have supported Dong Yi.
Up until now, a lot of people have been showing their love and interest towards me, but I have ended up doing a stupid deed.
To the hard-working director, script-writer, the staff, the cast, and mostly to the dedicated and loving fans, I offer my deepest apologies.
Because of me, the production of Dong Yi has been damaged, and my heart truly aches because of that. I’m sorry.”
Bad news , as a result of this situation, Choi Chul Ho decided to withdraw voluntarily from his current drama “Dong Yi”.
Good news, Choi Chul Ho will not be charged since the victim will not pursue the case.

That was a real stupid move, why doesn’t that dumb chick comes forward and tell the truth , if she can remember! Acusations like that can ruin a man’s reputation. Why did he leave? Dude you are giving credability to the video, that dumb drunk fell on her butt.
This is what I truly hate about Korean Movie Drama Industry, one accusation can ruin a man life, even thou it not true. What happen to his handlers, the producers, directors anybody. When an accusation is made no one comes to your rescue you are left dangling in the wind. Why!
His beautiful face will be missed from that drama.
I’m gonna miss him!! His presence in Dong yi means so much. Oh jeez!! Why Why he has to withdraw from this drama?? I’m so mad right now :@
he already apologized, he do not need to withdraw, will ruin the storyline
Yes, he did but he I think is leaving to probably deal with how his life spiraled out, and lead to a moment he wished he could probably take back. Though he will be missed in life sometimes there are consequences to as well as rewards depending on the situation. I sincerely hope he rebuilds the trust of the fans and his family supports and sees him through.
IS HE CRAZY!!!! I AM THE BIGGEST FAN OF DONGYI AND NOBODY AND I MEAN NOBOODDYYYY CAN REPLACE HIM OR ANYYY CHARACTER IN THIS MOVIE!!! yes that is a VERY BAD thing to do… shame, but it doesnt mean he HAS to withdraw from the BEST saguek drama ever :[
