Actress Nam Yoon Jung was found dead

In Korean entertainment business, suicide attempt is not only belong to young actor and actress.
58-year-old actress Nam Yoon Jung was found dead in her home Wednesday in an apparent suicide. She was found by her daughter.
Nam Yoon Jung is reportedly left a desperate note and is reportedly had been struggling with her husband debt since her husband died last year in a fire.

Started her career in the 1973, she played in a lot of dramas and movie and lately she usually played a mother / grandmother roles.
Her latest dramas were A Wife’s Credentials (2012), Dangerous Woman (2011), Love and Marriage (2008) and White Tower (2007).

So sad. RIP.

Yoon Jin Seo didn’t try to commit suicide

On June 28, Yoon Jin Seo was rushed to the hospital with alleged suicide as police found notes written ‘I’m lonely’ and ‘I’m sad’ in her room.

Yoon Jin Seo failed to meet a friend  that day, so her manager went to her house through the window and then called 119 when she didn’t wake up.

In the hospital, she finally woke up after her stomach was pumped out.

Her representative declined suicide rumor and said that after finished tvN drama Twelve Men in A Year, the 29-year-old actress spent 2 months down time in US and just came back  few days ago. She was trying to get through jet lag and accidentally took three packets of cold medicine instead of sleeping pills. After she woke up, she asked the people around her what’s going on.

About the depressed notes found in her room, her rep said that Yoon Jin Seo likes to write scenario and those notes were part of her scenario.

The rep concluded that Yoon Jin Seo will leave hospital on Friday or Saturday and soon will join the shooting of her next movie Protect Me on July 17.

What a relief. No more suicide, please.

Rookie actress Jung Ah Yool committed suicide

Although 25-year-old Jung Ah Yool wasn’t popular actress but she’s still an actress as she played small role in KBS2 morning drama TV Novel Dear Love.
News broke on June 14, that Jung Ah Yul was found dead in her home. According to police, it appears that she committed suicide.

Before she took her life, Jung Ah Yool updated her Facebook account on June 11. She wrote ,” No one can console me”.
The depressing tone followed the next post on June 12 ,”This morning I woke up and I feel like I’m standing alone in desert…No one to lean on and the weight of the worlds is on me. Maybe I’m still not grown-up yet. I miss my mom and dad”.

Though we would never know the specific reason behind Jung Ah Yool’s suicide , we’re reminded once again of the sad reality that far too many Korean celebrities take their own lives.

It’s so so sad… Rest in peace, Jung Ah Yool.

Why Park Yong Ha commit suicide?

After further investigations, it’s been revealed that Park Yong Ha has had difficult times because of his ill father. His father has been suffering stomach cancer for a long period of time, and was told recently that it was in a terminal stage. A friend of Park Yong Ha claims, “After learning that his father had cancer, Yong Ha brought his father home and cared for him. He always worried about his father. He also said that he will be focusing on caring for his father for a while.” Read more

Park Yong Ha , found dead, committed suicide

It’s very shocking , sad…….how could his life ended like this? He is just 32 years old.

Park Yong Ha found dead at his home today morning after apparently committing suicide, according to a police source.
Gangnam Police Station said Park’s mother found the 32-year-old celebrity hanging himself from the cord of his mobile phone charger at around 5:30 a.m.

Film Director Kwak Ji-gyoon Commits Suicide

Film Director Kwak Ji-gyoon (real name Kwak Jeong Kyun), who was the most powerful director during the 1980s and 1990s, as he had made famous movies such as “Portrait of the Days of Youth”",Walking to Heaven”, and “Wanderer In Winter”, was found dead in his home on May 25. He was 56 years old. According to a spokesperson in the movie industry, his older brother found him in his house and reported it to the police. His brother had come by Kwak’s house because he could not contact him for several days. When the body was found, director Kwak was lying beside a burned briquette and his will was found on his laptop computer.
