The Housemaid, a tragic life of desperate divorcee widow

Korean movie The Housemaid was released last May in Korea and was opened with big number. Raked 1 million admission in just six days.
The Housemaid was Korean director Im Sang Soo’s modern adaptation of a 1960s classic erotic thriller with same title, stars 2007 Cannes best actress award-winner Jeon Do Yeon, Lee Jung Jae, Seo Woo and veteran actress Yoon Yeo Jung.

And we finally watched this much talked movie.

The movie was opened with an unknown woman fell from a building. A suicide.
And our heroine , Eun Yi (Jeon Do Yeon) who was a divorcee worker watched the police line at the place where the victim body fell to the ground.

Our thought on Mother

Fueled by Won Bin’s current huge success with his action thriller movie Ajuhssi / The Man From Nowhere, we watched his previous movie, titled Mother as a consolation because we still have to wait to see Ajuhssi.
Released last year, and directed by  famous Korean director Bong Joon Ho (Host, Memories of Murder), Mother already won many awards and went to many film festival, from Cannes to Hawaii.

Movie opened with an old woman walked in a grassland. Then she stopped for a while and all of sudden, she danced along with the music . (From how she danced, we knew she was a great actress).
